Dr. Ingrid Maria Venohr

Ingrid Maria Venohr, PhD, RN is survived by her mother Maria; step-daughter Rachel; sisters Karin (Roy), Jane (Steve), Anita (Sean); nieces & nephews Kristi, Joseph, Maria, Lexie, Brandon; beloved dog Belle and cats. Preceded in death by father Alfred; step-father Carl. Ingrid received her PhD from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She was a champion of palliative care. Ingrid served on the board of the Colorado Center for Hospice & Palliative Care. She was a beloved, loyal and generous family member and friend to many. Viewing will be held Thursday, January 14, 2010 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM, with Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, both at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, 1060 Saint Francis Way, (Arapahoe at Speer on the Auraria Campus), in Denver, Colorado 80204.
