Earl ""Tom"" Baker, Jr.

Earl ""Tom"" Baker, Jr. was born on June 22, 1933 in Denver, Colorado to his parents, Earl & Dorothy Baker. He passed on November 29, 2017 in Denver, Colorado. Tom served in the United States Navy during the Korean War and was later involved in various business ventures, including founding Baker Instruments. Tom was married to JoAnn ""Josie"" Cunningham Baker until her passing on March 26, 2007. He was very proud of his Irish heritage, had an unending wanderlust, and was a friend to many throughout his travels. He will be remembered for his many successes, his unending drive, and his great sense of humor. Tom is survived by his daughter, Kelly Ann Baker Pietrs, and her husband, Scott; and grandsons, Dylan Baker Pietrs and Brandon Thomas Pietrs. A Funeral Mass in Tom's honor will take place on Wednesday, January 10, 2017 at 10:00AM at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 2250 S. Harrison St. Denver, CO 80210. A Traditional Irish Wake will take place immediately following at the family's home.
