Earl V. Jones Jr.

Earl V. Jones, Jr., 88, of Littleton, CO, surrounded by his family, passed through the gate of heaven on January 13, 2017. He was born in Wildwood, PA, on May 26, 1928, and married the love of his life, Lois Mae Smith, in 1953. Earl received his BS in Geology from the University of Oklahoma and his MS in Geology from the University of Pittsburgh. He served in the Korean War as a geological surveyor and spent over 30 years in oil exploration with Chevron. Earl was a dedicated family man, passionate traveler, and avid outdoorsman. Earl is survived by his wife of 63 years, three children and their spouses, eight grandchildren, and his sister. He will be dearly missed but always in our hearts. Memorial Service will be Wednesday, 1/18, at 2 PM, St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 9203 S. University Blvd., Highlands Ranch. Please share memories and condolences with the family below.
