Earl George Lovato of Denver, Colorado passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at the age of 78. After several days of declining health, Earl died peacefully with his beloved daughter, Cheryl and son-in-law, Matthew, by his side.
Earl was born in Denver on April 2, 1943, to father, Lon Lovato and mother, Emily Carbajal. He was the second youngest of 7 children. At the age of 18, he graduated from West High School. He later went to work for AT&T, where he eventually retired.
Earl enjoyed playing softball, running and any activity that involved his daughters. He was an avid Denver Broncos fan, loved watching movies and a devout Christian Scientist. He lovingly served his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, and the readings of Mary Baker Eddy. He also served as a father figure to his grandson, Kyri. He had the best sense of humor and was always full of laughter. He supported his daughters- no matter what- and always strived to be the best Dad. He had the biggest heart and always gave 110% to both his daughters and Grandson.
He's going to be missed every day. But, he will no longer be in pain and has been reunited with his daughter, Kristen, Mother, Father and brothers.
He was survived by sisters, Jeannie Lawrence and Dorothy Shepherd; daughter, Cheryl Glider (Lovato); son-in-law, Matthew Glider and Grandson, Kyri Thompson.
