Edgar Allan Moser died on September 5, 2013, in Denver, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lysa, and is survived by his son, Rick; his loving wife of 30 years Marge, and her four children: Matthew, Gene, Valerie and Stephanie. He took great pride in his nine grandchildren, Danielle, Ali, Tim, Michael, Evan, Emma, Zoe, Catherine and Alexia. Edgar was born on November 18, 1928 in Clinton, Indiana, to Philip and Reba Rothman Moser. He graduated from medical school at Loyola University of Chicago and finished his residency in psychiatry at Michael Reese hospital. He served as a Captain in the Army from 1961-1963. Upon discharge he moved to Denver where he established a successful private practice and worked at several area hospitals until his retirement in 2005. He completed five marathons and also enjoyed hiking and spiritual pursuits. In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to a charity of your choice.
