Edward Elliott

Edward Earl Elliott, age 83, of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado passed away March 19, 2021 at Swedish Medical Center.

Ed was born January 1, 1938 in Johnstown, CO, the son of the late Earl Edward Elliott and Alice Eileen Elliott.

He graduated from Mullen High School in 1956 and Regis University in 1960.    .

Ed was united in marriage to Patricia Callahan on April 27 1963.  Ed and Pat were married for over 54 years.  Pat entered into rest on November 5, 2017.

He is survived by one son, John Elliott of Cherry Hills Village and one grandchild, Eddie Elliott of Aurora, CO.

After college Ed started his career by working for Continental Oil Company.

He soon realized he wanted to have his own business so when the opportunity arose he opened his first business.

He then owned WYCO Tire. WYCO distributed tires throughout Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.

In 1986 Ed started A&E Tire. A&E Tire grew over the years and at the end of 2019 had 175 employees working at 5 locations throughout Colorado.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Horan McConaty, 1091 S Colorado Blvd.  April 2nd at 2pm.

In todays world of Covid awareness, the service will be limited to 100 people.

The Celebration of Life will be live streamed.
