Edward W. Gietl, Sr., beloved husband of 66 years to Mary Mulcrone Gietl, entered into life on August 4, 1916 and entered into eternal life on August 27, 2009. Father of Mary Ellen (Harry) Harrington, Priscilla (Michael) O'Leary, Edward W. (Linda) Gietl, Jr., and Robert E. (Tammie) Gietl. Loving grandfather of Gretchen, Katie, Elizabeth, Peter, Nathan, Heather, Becky and Ryan. Adoring great-grandfather of Ian, Emerson, Paige, Ainsley, Brennan and Madelyn. Also survived by loving in-laws Barbara Mulcrone, Vincent and Elinor Mulcrone and Gerri Morningstar.
