Edward Eugene Trunck

Retired Assistant Fire Chief, Edward E. Trunck, 85, of Lafayette, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2008. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and with the Denver Fire Department for 28 years. He was also a builder for many years after his retirement from the fire department. He is survived by wife, Selene McShan; son, Chief Stephen Trunck; daughter, Erin Trunck; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 10:30AM followed by an 11:30AM service at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, 80227. Burial will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver.
