Eileen Rita (Murphy) Ponzio passed away on May 7, 2015. She is survived by her children, Steve Ponzio, Scott (Linda) Ponzio, Kendra (Ray) Phillips; grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Ryan, Alec, Eric and Kennedy. A visitation will be held Monday, May 18, 2015, 4:00 pm -8:00 pm, Prayer Service at 5:30 pm, Rosary at 6:30 pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 E. County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado, 80122 A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Eileen's honor on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, 11:00am, following a visitation, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 S. Quebec St, Centennial, Colorado, 80122. The Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated following Mass at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 12801 W. 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
