Elinor L. Getz, 83, of Northglenn, went to the Lord on April 3, 2013. She is survived by husband, Marvin; children, Kathleen (Jerome) Stevens, Carol (William) Wright, Diane (Daniel) Brotzman, Steven (Mary) Shearon, Jeffrey (Susan) Shearon; brothers, Edwin (Barbara) Brailey, Eugene (Bonnie) Brailey, Everett (Gena) Brailey; sister, Elaine Brown; grandchildren, Scott & Jessica; & several nieces & nephews; step-children, step-grandchildren & step-great grandchildren; & former husband, Delbert Shearon. She was preceded in death by husband, Eugene Whitmarsh; brother, Earl Brailey; sister-in-law, Beatrice Brailey & brother-in-law, Milton Brown. Visitation is Saturday, April 6, 12-4pm and Rosary, Sunday, April 7, 3pm, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant St., Thornton. Funeral Mass is Monday, April 8, 10:00am, at Immaculate Heart of Mary, 11385 Grant Dr., Northglenn. Burial at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
