Elisabeth ""Lis"" Reyes

June 16, 1943 – July 26, 2019

Elisabeth ""Lis"" ""Joann"" Reyes, 76, of Denver, CO, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She passed peacefully on July 26, 2019; she was born in Petaca, NM, and raised in Salida, CO.

Lis enjoyed helping others and spending time with her kids and grandchildren. She was a loving grandmother, quick-witted and always had a story. She had a kind and compassionate spirit.

Wife of The late Patricio R. Reyes ""Pat"", Daughter of The late Porfiro and Adelina Rivera; she is lovingly remembered by her children Patricio, Jr. (Delfina), David ""Mike"" (Yvonne), Gloria Deen (The late Bob), William, The late Josephine ""Tandy"", Maxine, Donald (Christine), Robert (Michelle), Johnnie (Sabreena), Patricia Reyes-Bash (The late Charlie). Sister, Grandmother to numerous grandchildren, Great-Grandmother, and Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and family at a Visitation Wednesday, August 7, 2019 beginning at 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, with the Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 7pm both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 10:00 AM, Christ on the Mountain Catholic Church, 13922 West Utah Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado. Interment will immediately follow at 12 noon at Fort Logan National Cemtery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado.
