Elizabeth Boswell

Elizabeth "Betty" Boswell, passed away at age 90 from Alzheimer at Morningstar Jordan Memory Care on March 9, 2023. She was born August 30,1932, in Louisville, KY, and also had lived in Ft. Wayne, IN, and Highlands Ranch, CO during her lifetime.

Betty earned her Masters degree in Education from Indiana University and was employed at the school as a professor after obtaining her degree. She also worked as a legal secretary for two attorneys during her career.

Survivors include her three children, Laura Sexton of Forest, VA, Victoria Jehl of Rome City, IN, and Eric Boswell of Louisville, CO. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Boswell at age 88, and a 19 year old grandson, Sebastian Boswell. Betty also has two living grandchildren, David Jehl and Jessica Jehl, both of Ft. Wayne, IN and five greatgrandchildren; Lydia, McKenzie, Jase, and Wyatt Jehl and Parker Larimore. All live in Ft. Wayne, IN.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 10 at 11 am in the Morningstar Jordan Memory Care Chapel. Memorial contributions are welcome to Brighton Hospice or Alzheimer's Association.
