Elizabeth M. ""Buffy"" Krantz

Elizabeth M. ""Buffy"" Krantz, 60 of Centennial, Colorado passed away with her family by her side, July 11, 2019. She was born to her parents Wally and Cathy Moore on September 20, 1958 in New York City, New York.

Buffy graduated from Wood Tobe-Coburn School earing her Associates Degree. She later became a paraeducator working at Willow Creek Elementary for over 17 years. While working at Willow Creek Elementary, Buffy was honored with the Cherry Creek School District All Star Award, for her amazing compassion and dedication in making a difference in the lives of children.

Buffy was involved in many organizations including National Charity League, Willow Creek Women's Club, Chi Omega Fraternity, and was a very active member at St. Thomas More Catholic Church.

During her time, Buffy enjoyed gardening, art, theater, traveling, crafting, serving others and most of all, spending time with her family. She will truly be missed.

Buffy is survived by her husband: Karl Krantz, children: Catherine Krantz, Benjamin (Katie) Krantz, Tucker Krantz, siblings: Lucy Moore, Tom (Debby) Moore, Kate (Mark) Ott and Patrick Moore, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In honor of Buffy, a Visitation will be held Thursday, July 18, 2019 5:00pm-7:00pm, at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home (5303 East County Line Rd, Centennial, CO 80122), Rosary to follow at 7:00pm. Funeral Mass, 11:00am, Friday, July 19, 2019 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church (8035 South Quebec Street, Englewood, CO 80112), reception to follow.
