Elsie May Glotfelty

Elsie May Glotfelty peacefully entered eternal life, embraced by her family, on December 27, 2023, at the young age of 96 years.

Her spirit is carried on by her two remaining children of four:  Delsie R Forsythe and Barbara L Harvey, 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 6 great-great granchildren. She was predeceased by two sons: Michael E Glotfelty and Paul L Glotfelty.

A woman who had seemed immortal even in her old age, believed in miracles  She had no fear and was recently studying to renew her driver's license.  This may conjure up fear in the rest of us, but she adhered to "nothing is impossible".  Her inspiration is everywhere, so keep your eyes open.  We will be forever grateful to her for being the best mom, mother in law and grandma we could ever ask for.  We are forever better because of her.  She was a life long member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles/Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society.

In lieu of flowers, Elsie would hope that you spread happiness and love among the living.  As per her wishes, there will be no funeral services.
