Elsie Elizabeth Polak

Elsie E. Polak, 70, of Thornton, Colorado, passed away on July 29, 2011 after a short, but courageous battle with Ovarian Cancer. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her supportive and loving family. Elsie always gave of herself in everything that she did. She will be best remembered for always putting others before herself. Her great joys in life were her loving family, which included her beloved animals and the time spent with family and friends. Elsie enjoyed spending her time with various sewing projects and gardening. She was best known for her gifts that she gave from her heart. She surrounded herself with family and friends during her many gatherings at her home, where she always welcomed everyone with open arms and an open heart. Elsie will be greatly missed, but the memories will live on in the hearts of everyone she has touched. Elsie is survived by her adorning husband, Edward, and her devoted daughters, Heather and Terri. Memorial Service Saturday, August 6, 2011, 10:00AM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado, 80229.
