Emery W. Berghorn

Berghorn, Emery, 93, of Lakewood, died December 5, 2005. Father of Claude, husband of the late Clara Berghorn. Preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother. Served in the U.S. Army, in Headquarters Battery, 26th Field Artillery, 9th Infantry Division, in the Mediterranean & European Theaters of Operations. Following WWII, he was employed as a heavy equipment operator and diesel mechanic until his retirement in 1980. Services have been held at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
