Eric Edwards was born on June 9, 1996 and passed away at the age of 28 in his hometown of Denver, Colorado on April 5, 2025.

Eric believed strongly in family values and spent most of his time enjoying the adventures of life with his family. Eric created an enjoyable environment wherever he went. He enjoyed talking about sports (Chargers, Red socks, Nuggets), family, movies, and so much more. He had a funny laugh and beautiful smile. He had a passion for music of many genres.

Eric lived a life of generosity, humility, love, and humor. Eric was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend and co-worker. Eric enjoyed watching sports, playing baseball, going to the movies with family, playing golf, reading Stephen King novels and comic books, traveling, trying new foods, building lego sets, collecting Pop Funkos, playing video games, and so much more. He loved his dog Mini more than anything, spoiling her every chance he got.

Eric is survived by his mother, Estela Villa Corona, father, Jack Edwards, brother, Alex Edwards, sister, Alondra Edwards, grandparents, Jack and Hortensia Edwards, uncle, Jeff Edwards. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, co-workers, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandpa (Poncho Villa-Ortega), great-grandmother (Lupita), great-uncle (Alejandro), and other relatives.

Our family appreciates the support of friends and family. Thank you for the abundance of prayers and love sent our way. Eric was a wonderful human being who was loved by so many people throughout his life. He appreciated all the parts of life. He had faith in God. He was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on April 5, 2025. He is so loved and will forever be missed.
