Eric Schiff Passed away suddenly on November 30th, 2018 at the age of 58. He was preceded by his mom, Judy, and survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Debbie. He is remembered by his sons Nate & wife Jamie, Zach & wife Krista, daughter Kenzie, and grandson Dustin as well as his father, Karl, sisters Lori, Kristi, and Inger, Nieces and Nephews Kaljo, Vaughn, Monica, Natalie, Halle, Elijah, and Kyler and in-laws Jean and Bob and Bill and Debbe. Eric was an employee of Xcel Energy for 16 years and a true ""jack of all trades,"" whether it was working on repairs and updates around the house or in the kitchen following his true passion for cooking and baking.
