Ernest C. Russo passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016 peacefully in his home. Born in Brooklyn, NY on February 5, 1922, son to the late Joseph and Angela (Montaldo) Russo. Ernest lived a good life, he loved his life and his family. Ernest is survived by his son Ernest S. Russo, his daughter Angela with her husband John Purdy, and his grandson Michael Purdy. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2016, 10am at Our lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 2298 South Logan Street, Denver, CO. Burial will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery 3698 South Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO, 1:15pm at Staging Area ""C"". Please leave condolences for the family below.
