Esmeralda Chavira, 34, of Northglenn, Colorado passed away on January 1, 2017. Visitation will be Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 6-9 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton. Funeral Mass will be Friday, January 6, 2017, 11 AM at Ascension Catholic Church, 14050 Maxwell Place, Denver. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton.
