Esther Miller

Esther Miller of Littleton, Colorado passed away December 26, 2017 at the age of 83. She was born August 22, 1934 in Las Animas, Colorado. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Donald Miller. Her children Patricia “Tish” (Thomas) Mabe, David (Nanette) Vigil and Scott (Nicole) Miller; 9 grandchildren- David Vigil Jr., Ily Mabe, Ashley Mabe, Lacey Mabe, Sharie Garcia, Christopher Miller, Mark Rodriguez, Jennifer Rodriguez and Jonathan Rodriguez.; 21 great-grandchildren; sisters- Betty Muniz, Lilian Klein and Sugar Barriga; a large extend family and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by her parents John Barcelona and Louise Medina; siblings- Bertha Abeyta, John “Loney” Barcelona and Frank Barcelona. Esther devoted her life to her family. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 pm at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 @ 11:30 am in the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado. Graveside services will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado at 1:30 PM.
