Eugenia R. Jarvis

Eugenia R. Jarvis of Denver proceeded in death by husband Jack and son, Mark. Loving Mother of Shane (Carmen), Blake (Diane), Greg (Anne) and Ann (Rick) Perry. Sister of Charles, Karen and Mary Grethen. Grandmother of Cameron, Brandon, Susan, Carrie, Nick, Katherine, Emily, Kyle and Lauren. Great~grandmother of Ella and Emma. A Funeral Mass was held Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Denver, Colorado. Burial followed at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Eugenia grew up in Elk City, Oklahoma and attended St. Joseph's Catholic School 1st grade through high school. She received her degree from Southwestern State College in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Eugenia taught school for more than 23 years. She taught everything from kindergarten to high school business. She enjoyed teaching and continued to have contact with students going back over 40 years. Eugenia loved her grandchildren and enjoyed all of their activities from school performances, sporting events and graduations. Eugenia was very active in the neighborhood and enjoyed the theatre, concerts, reading and High Tea at the Brown Palace. She enjoyed meeting people and taking trips with her friends from the neighborhood. Eugenia 'Never Knew a Stranger'. Donations suggested to Hospice of Metro Denver, 501 S.
