Eva Magdalene Dickehage

Eva Magdalene (Miokovich) Dickehage, 91, of Loveland passed away on Sunday June 5th, 2011. She was born December 16, 1919 to John and Mary Miokovich in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She married Kurt J. Dickehage on April 26, 1941. Eva and her husband lived in West Allis, WI until 1963 when they moved their family to Arvada, when the family opened Arvada Cycle and Sport. Eva worked for the home business as the bookkeeper as well as working in the Jefferson County school district as a teacher's aide. She was the first in her family to graduate from Business College. Eva is survived by her four daughters Karen Kasprzak (Cliff Miles), Rosemarie (John) Chaffee, Pat (Dale) Williams, and Joanne (Gary) Greenawalt; sister-in-laws Rose Dickehage of Arvada, Nancy Dickehage and nephew Gary of Scottsdale, Arizona; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kurt, and 5 sisters and 2 brothers. Viewing will be held at Horan & McConaty 4-8 p.m. Wednesday June 8th, located at 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Final burial will take place at Highland Memorial Cemetery in New Berlin, Wisconsin on June 17, 2011. The family wishes to thank Loveland Good Samaritan for the loving home, care and companionship to Eva while she resided there and to Pathways Hospice.
