Evelyn ""Lynn"" Lorene (Koppie) Sorber, 84, of Aurora, Colo. passed away September 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by husband, Rev. Mr. William Sorber; parents Tony and Leota Koppie; siblings Leo Koppie, Kert Koppie and Larry Koppie. Survived by children Kert (Paula) Sorber & Kimberly (Dan) Diller; grandchildren Matt (Diana) Sorber, Loren (Jessica) Sorber, Regina (Tyler) Lawson, Karla Diller, Garrett Sorber & Kellen Sorber; great grandson Mason; siblings Darwin (Nancy) Koppie, Kay Moore, Chad (Terry) Koppie, Jil Gentry, Gary (Linda) Koppie. Lynn's family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 until 7:00 in the evening at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue in Aurora. The Recitation of the rosary will follow at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday beginning at 10:00 in the morning at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 13120 East Kentucky Avenue in Aurora with burial following at 1:30 in the afternoon at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver.
