Father Dennis Dwyer

Reverend Dennis E. Dwyer of Denver, brother of Mike (Lori) & Kevin Dwyer. Also survived by two nephews & two nieces, & all his kids from the Original Scene. Father Dennis graduated from Mullen H.S. Attended St. Thomas Seminary for four years, & was ordained in Rome on December 17, 1966. Father's assignments were: St. Philomena's, Cathedral, Presentation, Principal of St. Joseph's H.S., Our Lady of the Valley (Windsor), Machebeuf H.S., Ave Maria (Parker), Our Lady of Visitation (Elizabeth), and Francis Heights. Vocation director & member of Priest Personnel Board of Denver and Colorado Springs Dioceses. Founded the Original Scene Musical Theater in 1973. Produced & directed over 80 shows in 20 years. Vigil Service, Tuesday 7:00 PM, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Funeral Mass, 10:00 AM Wednesday at Ave Maria Catholic Church, Parker, CO. Interment at Queen of Peace Cemetery, Elizabeth, CO. In lieu of flowers, con-tributions may be made to Presentation School Scholar-ship Fund, 665 Irving St., Denver 80204. Visitation Monday 1:00 - 8:00 PM at Horan McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd.
