Father Jim C. Lewis

Father Jim Lewis was born on December 25, 1948 in Joliet, IL. He died on July 13, 2011 at Hospice of Saint John in Lakewood. He is survived by his brother, Robert, 2 daughters, Jamie and Jennifer, and 3 grandchildren. Father Jim moved to Colorado in 1979. In 1992 he was ordained as a Deacon in the Episcopal Church and then in 1995 he was ordained as a Priest in the Old Holy Catholic Church. He was a Chaplain at University Hospital, where he found his true calling. A Memorial Service will be held at the University Hospital Chapel on July 16, 2011 at 2:30. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Dominican Sisters Home Health Agency or a hospice organization.
