Florence E. Seese, 92, of Denver, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 6, 1924, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Orazio and Angela (Albuioni) Galli. She graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA; married Warren E. Seese on February 5, 1955; and was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker who enjoyed playing bridge, cooking the best food in the world, and entertaining her many dear friends. Florence is preceded in death by Warren, her loving husband of 57 years, with whom she will be laid to rest at Ft. Logan National Cemetery. She is also preceded in death by her siblings George, Mary, Jean, Peggy, Richard, and Robert. Florence is survived by her son, Don (Karon) Seese of Littleton, CO; her daughter, Darlene Reach of Christiansburg, VA; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; her brother Rudolph; a multitude of nieces and nephews; and adopted daughter, Carolyn (Terry) Jennings. There will be an informal memorial dinner, where friends and loved ones can share memories and mementos of Florence's life, on Wednesday, October 26, at 5:00 pm, at the Belmar Olive Garden Italian Kitchen, 7655 W. Alameda Ave., Lakewood, CO. (Please note that there will be no comparison to Flo's Italian cooking.)
