Frances Cecelia Goodeluinas, a longtime Northern Colorado and Wellington Nevada resident, passed away on Sunday February 2, 2025 at Villa Manor Care Center, Lakewood Colorado.
Born in Atlas, PA on March 11, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Frank and Stella (Rawa) Ostroski-Bogovich. She graduated with honors from Mt. Carmel High School, Mt Carmel PA, and married Thomas Goodeluinas Sr. who preceded her in death on October 30, 2009.
On moving to Colorado Fran worked in retail and was a wonderful homemaker. For many years she was a member of the Catholic Church, excelled at bowling, loved to dance and enjoyed playing cards or fishing with her husband Tom. Fran loved to sit quietly and drink tea, or being a huge Denver Broncos fan, she enjoyed watching all of their games. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, children and grandchildren who adored her.
Surviving are her son Thomas Goodeluinas Jr. and his wife Annette of Springfield MO, and daughter Patti Kleewein and her husband Bobby of Littleton CO; three grandsons, David Finger and his wife Meghan of Littleton CO, Nathan Finger and his wife Yolanda of Lakewood CO, Phil Goodeluinas and his wife Megan of Sparta MO; one granddaughter, Johanna Goodeluinas and her husband Casey Allan of Savannah GA; two great-granddaughters, Aeris Finger and Madelyn Finger; one great-grandson Oliver Goodeluinas; one sister Patricia (Bogovich) Wetzel of Mt. Carmel, PA; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by five sisters, Dorothy Swatski, Elizabeth Muolo, Jeanette Bergan, Sophie Lindenmuth and Mildred Vitacco; and six brothers, Peter, Stanley, John, and Walter Ostroski; and Edward and Thomas Bogovich.
Fran was deeply loved and will always be remembered as being kind, patient and encouragingly optimistic with a resonating laugh that was easily recognizable.
