Frances Ruth Young Tourtillott

In Loving Memory of: Frances Ruth Young was born in Greenwood Township, Michigan. She was the second of five daughters born to George and Rhea Young. Her parents and her four sisters preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Michigan Normal University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in library science. She worked as a school librarian; however, she is best remembered as a loving stay-at-home mother. She married George Warren Tourtillott on July 3, 1945, in New York City. Frances is survived by their children: Linda Sattig of Littleton , Janice Kurtz of Arvada, Cynthia Quinlan of Westminster, and Charles Tourtillott of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
