Francis William "Bill" Draper

Bill Draper, age 78, died on December 9th, 2024 in Denver, CO. Bill was born April 13th, 1946 in Denver, CO to Shirley (Hohing) and William Draper. He was a lifelong Denverite and proud Coloradoan. Bill graduated from West High School in 1964. 

In 1982 he met the love of his life, Barb, and they were married on February 11th, 1984. They enjoyed 40 years of marriage together. The two of them shared many passions, interests, and hobbies together over the course of their married life.

Bill is survived by his three sisters, Barbara Lehr (Jack ), Vickie Martin (Don), and Pat Schlotter (Steve).

Bill retired from the Denver Water Department after 20 years of service. Prior to working at the DWD, he worked many years with Abbott Laboratories in Denver. 

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 18th at Notre Dame Parish (2190 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO 80219).

• Recitation of the Rosary: 10:00 am
• Funeral Mass: 10:30 am

Interment will follow at 2:00 pm at Crown Hill Cemetery (7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033)
