Francis L. Sandlian

Francis L. Sandlian was born November 18th, 1928 in Concordia, Kansas. He grew up in Kansas and Colorado. He is an Air Force veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Francis is survived by his wife, Marilyn C. Sandlian, his sister, Maxine Burkhalter, six children: Julie Stoffel, Sherry Wilger, Dennis Sandlian, Kenneth Sandlian, Michael Sandlian and Pam Sandlian Smith, ten grandchildren: Josh Sandlian, Shawn Li, Megan Sandlian, Scott Graham, Devon, Kayla and Brynna Stoffel, Ellen and Beth Sandlian and Noah Wilger, and two great-grandchildren: Marcus Sandlian and Owen Li. Francis Loved to travel, ride motorcycles, and spend time with his family. He was a technical wizard, enjoyed working with computers and radios and creating woodworking projects for his children and grandchildren. Francis was a quiet communicator, a steadfast father and husband who always loved a sense of adventure. He went quietly into the snowy evening of December 10, 2007 at the age of seventy-nine.
