Francisco & Cruz Romero

Francisco Romero passed away on January 29, 2021 at the age of 87 in Sun City West Arizona, where he spent the last 5 years.  He was born in Hayden, Arizona and left at 17 years of age to join the service.  He married Cruz G. Romero in 1951 and would have celebrated their 70the anniversary this July.  They spent over 45 years in Colorado.

Cruz passed away on May 14, 2021 at the age of 88.  She passed in Sun City West, Arizona.

Francisco and Cruz were both loved very much by their surviving children, Francisco Jr., Denver, William of Arizona, Cary of Denver and Dolly of Arizona; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.  As well as their remaining families and many friends.  They will be truly missed.

A Funeral Service honoring their lives will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 9:45 am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3701 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado.  Both will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery immediately following the Funeral Service.
