Frank was born and raised in Denver. He lived in Denver his entire life except for time spent in the Pacific during World War II.
Frank attended Annunciation Catholic School from first grade through graduation from high school. Here he met Charlene McLellan, who would later become his wife.
Frank enlisted in the Army during World War II. He served in the Philippines and New Guinea.
After returning home from the war, Frank and Charlene reconnected. They were married in 1947. They enjoyed a marriage of sixty-five years until Charlene died in 2010. They were each other's best friends and wonderful parents. Frank and Charlene had three children; Peggy, Patty, and Dan.
Frank was a long time employee of the United States Postal Service. He was a letter carrier and later a supervisor at the Terminal Annex.
Frank and Charlene enjoyed a long retirement at their home in Windsor Gardens. They enjoyed traveling in their retirement years. Frank also enjoyed golf.
Throughout his life, family was by far the most important thing to Frank. He was kind, steadfast, and strong in loving and supporting his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. They all feel blessed to have had so many years with their beloved ""Papa"".
