Frank Jackson of Denver, Colorado, passed away on November 4, 2010. He was born in Bemidji, Minnesota, on June 16, 1919, to Frank and Cecelia Jackson where he spent his early years. He served as CPO in the United States Navy during World War II. On January 4, 1947, he and Virginia Elizabeth Donahoo were married at Santa Barbara Mission Church in California. She preceded him in death on September 17, 1994. During 47 years of their marriage, they lived in New Mexico, California, and Colorado where he pursued a career in the insurance industry. For Frank and Virginia, their greatest joy was their five children and their families. They are Anne Jackson of Riverside, California, and her children Mary, Maegan, Shawn, Shannon, and Rebecca; James, his wife Judi of Ignacio, Colorado, and their daughters Kyla and Wesley; Thomas, his wife Donna of Greensboro, North Carolina, and his son, Andrew; John, his wife Debbie of Denver, Colorado, and their sons, Daniel, Luke, and Mark; and Janet Jackson of Lakewood, Colorado. Mr. Jackson is survived by his brother Jim, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his wife Mary Beth and her daughter, Anne Meyers. On November 13, 2010, at 10:00 AM, a Funeral Mass will be held at St. Columba Catholic Church and burial at Greenmount Cemetery in Durango, Colorado.
