Frank, the last remaining child of Elena and Antonio Palmeri, is preceded in death by his siblings, Mary (Mike) Smaldone, Alice ""Lassie"" (Sal) Piro, and John (Rose). He is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-six years, Rosemary; children, Frank (Mihoko Suzuki), Gloria (Chuck) Powell, John (Camille), and Eileen (Rich) Clymo; grandchildren, Nicholas (Emily Dawson), Teresa (Yev) Aspidov, Becky (Adam) Alberti-Powell, Winston, Michael and Jenna; great-grandchild, Bowen; sister-in-law, Rose Palmeri; and numerous nieces and nephews. Frank served in the U.S. Navy from 1944-1946 in the Pacific Theater. Frank was a teacher and coach in Jefferson County and announced high school sports for more than fifty years. Among other honors, he was inducted into the Colorado High School Activities Association Hall of Fame in 2012. An active member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, he was a recipient of their Silver Cross. He loved announcing, getting together with family and friends, and making goodhearted jokes. He enjoyed people and all of life.
