Frank's radio voice and persona began gaining popularity within the Latino community and, he, along with his KBNO colleagues, broadcasted the Denver Bronco Football games in Spanish including: the Broncos vs. Miami at the legendary Estadio Azteca in Mexico in 1997 where they defeated the Miami Dolphins and their back to back Super Bowl wins in 1998 and 1999.
