Frank Theodor Alfaro of Aurora, a former Aerospace Discreet Design Engineer passed away January 10, 2024 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer and kidney failure. He was 59 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Adelheid Alfaro, Step children, Danny, and Ashley. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Alfaro, step-son's Carlos (Rachael), Anthony, and his sister, Linda Poremba (Mike). His extended family, Alan, Bryan (Mina), Luke, Monica, Judy, and other numerous step-grand-children, nieces and nephews. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved life and lived everyday to the fullest. His proudest moments were the parts he designed for the Department of Defense, the space shuttles, F-18 radar, man-pack radios, "the enormous golf balls in Aurora" which are wind and weather shields that are used to protect the air force's satellite antennas, as well as many other Defense systems.
