Frank Lynne Vacin

Frank Lynne Vacin, Lt. Col., Ret., USAF, 75, passed away May 19, 2008, in Aurora, Colorado. He was born February 5, 1933, in Colby, Kansas, a son of Frank O. and Ludmilla Hausner Vacin. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth-Joyce and a sister, Nancy Lu Darnall. He is survived by a daughter, Kirsten Kay Schwendiman, of Round Rock, TX; a son, Frank William Vacin, of New York, NY; three grandchildren: Danielle Hamilton, Allegra and Jakub Vacin; and a brother, Gary Lee Vacin, of Phoenix, AZ. As requested by Frank, services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA, at a later date.
