Gail Frances (Polanchek) Gabehart, 59, died February 5, 2025 at her home in Littleton, Colorado. No services will be held. Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Francis "Jack" Polanchek in 2001 and Donna (Sponheim) Polanchek in 2011.
Gail graduated Fort Benton High School in 1984 and attended Concordia College in Moorehead, Minnesota earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988. In the Fall of 1988 she moved to San Antonio, Texas where she met her husband of 32 years. In 1995, Gail, Randy, Dillon, and Dakota moved to Great Falls, Montana and to Colorado in 2001 where they eventually settled in Littleton.
Gail was a true sports enthusiast. Whether it was playing the "armchair quarterback" during any NFL game (especially the Cowboys or Broncos), or watching a game of hoops, you could always find her cheering for her favorite team. In addition to watching sports, Gail had a passion for gardening, cooking, and watching "GH"!
Gail's biggest passion in life was her family. She loved her boys intensely and her husband with all her heart. She was her eldest son's biggest fan in his musical career and a proud Army mom of her youngest. She was also a loyal and generous friend to many throughout her life and will be truly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Randy Gabehart of Littleton, Colorado; two sons: Dillon Gabehart of Commerce City, Colorado, and Dakota Gabehart of Greenwood, Indiana; three siblings: Mary Willmarth, David Polanchek, and Jennifer Polanchek; 4 nephews, one grand-daughter and numerous loving and devoted friends.
