GARY LEE BOMAR, ""The King of South Broadway"" passed away October 4th, surrounded by his family, his friends and the music of Eddie Clendening. Survived by his mom, Diana Bomar; mentor and adopted dad, Elliot Trepper, sister Tiffany (Ryan) Jensen; uncle Gary Gravina; aunts Janet (Scott) McFarlane, Linda Gravina and Laura (Larry Snyder) Gravina; nephews Rhett and Austin Jensen; cousins Jesse Gravina, Courtney and Kyle McFarlane and many family members and friends who loved him dearly. He will be missed most by Clarence, his four-legged best friend. He designed, built and operated Gary Lee's Motor Club & Grub, which opened in 2012. He was truly living his dream. Friends are welcome to the funeral home Tuesday, October 6 to ""tattoo"" Gary's casket, from 3-6 pm, Horan & McConaty, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Funeral Service, Wednesday, 10 am, St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 1060 St. Francis Way, Denver (there is limited parking on campus). The family will greet guests following the service. There will be a procession following this down South Broadway past Gary Lee's Motor Club & Grub. Celebration of Gary's life will continue at Gary Lee's Motor Club & Grub, 176 South Broadway, Denver on Friday from 6 pm until the keg runs dry.
