Gary Vernon McCulloch, 81, of Morrison, Colorado, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018. A loss mourned by many and profound for a few. Memorial service arrangements are pending. Gary was born October 7, 1936 in Burley, Idaho to Vern and Merle McCulloch. Always an airman, his career centered around aviation. From managing a flying service in his early days to management at United Air Lines culminating in his role as CEO of Services Corporation (a UAL subsidiary) he consistently pursued his aviator passion. He proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps, and later in the Air National Guard. After his retirement in 1994, he and his wife enjoyed traveling the country in their Cessna 414. Although health issues grounded the pair, they continued to enjoy life at their mountain retreat until June 2016, when they moved to Highlands Ranch. Gary is survived by: his wife of 44 years Anita âPeteâ Marie; daughters Kolleen Kidd (Alan), Kathryn Fuzzell (Greg), Lynn Mendenhall (Mike) and Kyndall Kaminky (Bob); grandchildren Elizabeth Ferguson (Joe), Joseph Fuzzell, Christina Fuzzell, Sarah Mendenhall, Kyle Mendenhall, Arielle Kaminky, Morgan Kaminky, Austin Kaminky, Madison Kaminky; and great-granddaughters Lily Ferguson and Harper Kaminky; his sister, two nieces and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents. A special thank you to the staff at Mill Vista Lodge and Littleton Adventist Hospital for their loving care and support. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the St. Francis Cabrini Food Bank, 6673 W. Chatfield Ave, Littleton, Colorado 80128.
