Gary L. Post, M.D.

Gary is survived by wife Cheryl; children Chris & Megan; niece Tara (Sam) Becker, M.D. and sons Brock & Blake; nephew Patrick; mother Ethel & sister Cheri. His father, Bob, predeceased him. Gary was a Colorado native, born on July 4, 1948, in Salida, Colorado. He graduated from The University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in 1970. He received his M.D. from The University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1974. Following medical school, he served as a doctor in the United States Navy. Dr. Post practiced family medicine in Colorado from 1979 until 2008. He enjoyed skiing, golf and traveling. Gary was a loyal Buffs fan who enjoyed tailgating and attending CU football games with family & friends. Memorial Services honoring Gary's life will be held Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 10:00 AM, at Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church, 18000 East Arapahoe Road, Foxfield, Colorado.
