George Chris Chardoulias

George Chris Chardoulias, 71, of Aurora, CO, passed away on January 19, 2024. He was born on April 20, 1952, in Fort Dodge, IA, to the late Chris Chardoulias and Beverly Allan.

George will be remembered as a devoted father, friend, and lover of rum and cokes. He is survived by his son, Chris Chardoulias, his daughter, Jessica Chardoulias, his brother, Mark Chardoulias, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lynne Chardoulias, his brother, Michael Chardoulias, his father, Chris Chardoulias, and his mother, Beverly Allan.

After graduating from Fort Dodge High School, George went on to serve his country in the Army. His military associations were an important part of his life and he took great pride in his service.  Following his Army service, George obtained a Computer Science degree at the University of Iowa. He would remain devoted Hawkeye the rest of his life.  

A celebration of life will be scheduled for later in 2024 to honor George's memory. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the USO, an organization that supports active-duty service members and their families.
