George Stanford Renaud

George Stanford Renaud, 88, passed away November 17, 2024, at his home in Englewood. 

George was born where his family farmed in the Bear Creek Valley. He graduated from Bear Creek High School, served in the U.S. Army, and then helped operate Renaud Excavating.

 He is survived by Sister Rita Peterson, Brother Charles Renaud, Son Jeffery Renaud (Rebecca), Daughter Cheryl Denbow (Steve) and Grandsons Ezra Renaud and Lane Denbow. Proceeded in death by parents Stanford and Emma, and Brothers Donald, James, Robert and Lawrence.

Enjoying life to its fullest, he was a member of the Littleton Elksand L:akewood Lions Clubs. He played as hard as he worked, enjoying traveling (being a snow bird for years) and 4 wheeling.

He continued to salvage metal, cans and even dumpster diving for as he called them treasures. That was our dad!

 He will be missed by family and friends dearly.
