George James Rosentrater

George James Rosentrater of Arvada, Colorado passed away on December 24, 2017 at the age of 77. George was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on September 17, 1940. He attended West High School in Denver, Colorado and graduated on June 6, 1958. George worked for many restaurants throughout his life, but eventually settled in as a kitchen manager for Charlotte’s Web in Commerce City, Colorado. George enjoyed Rocky Mountain activities which included fishing, camping, dirt bike riding, and gambling. George was married to Mildred Barrionuevo for twenty four years and they had three children: Kimberly Rosentrater, Chardell Rosentrater, and Matthew Rosentrater. George is preceded by his mother, Agnes Rosentrater and his father John Rosentrater. He has two brothers and a sister whom survive him: Ronald Rosentrater, Johnny Rosentrater and Mary Wills. A Memorial Service honoring George's life will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado.
