George J. Stolley

George J. Stolley, age 92, passed away on March 4, 2020 in Aurora, Colorado. George was born on October 19, 1927 in Cedar Bluffs, Nebraska to George A. Stolley and Lillian Stolley. George was retired from the Navy, where he spent his career working as a mechanic.

George is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne Stolley.

George is survived by his children: Mary K. Gray (Dennis), George Stolley Jr., Pati Stolley, Edward Stolley (Pam), and Judy Klein; his grandchildren: Sarah Cary (Jason), James Gray (SherriAnn San Nicolas), Charlotte Voorhees (Chris), Ryan Stolley, Maggie Stolley, Emily Stolley, Mike Stolley, Tricia Oliver (Jeff) and Jennifer Jimenez (Josh); his great-grandchildren: Ella Voorhees, Jeff Voorhees, Matthew Dettling, Jenna Gray, Hayden Gray, Alexavier Gray, Kirk Cary, Claira Cary, Owen Oliver, Liam Oliver, Jorge Jimenez and Isabel Jimenez and his siblings, Delbert Stolley (Sue) and Louise Stevens (Herb).

A funeral mass will be said for George on Thursday March 12, 2020 10am at St. Pius X Catholic church, with a reception to follow. Burial will take place on Monday March 16, 2020 9am at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area A.
