Born September 12, 1952 in Denver, Colorado, George passed May 13, 2013. Followed in death by his father George J. Straface, Sr.; mother Louise Straface; and sister Joan Straface. Survived by his brother Frank (Julie); nephews Ryan (Myranda), Steven, and Nick; and great nephews and nieces Deion, Hailee, Josiah and Adam. Viewing is Wednesday, May 22, 2013, 2:00-6:00 PM and Funeral Service is Thursday, May 23, 2013, 10:00 AM, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado. Interment immediately follows at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 12801 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
