Georgia Rae Farris

Georgia Rae Farris, 83, of Denver passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 7, 1934 she was the daughter of Gordon G. and Winona Mae (Ray) Warren. Georgia worked as Data Key Punch Operator and in the Telecommunication department at Martin Marietta, now Lockheed Martin, 32 years. She enjoyed sewing, making crafts, gardening, shopping for antiques, and doing things with the family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah L. Autrey and her husband Kevin, her grandchildren, Jarid W. Autrey and his wife Chelsea, and Sean R. Autrey. Her sister, Shirley W. Dowling, her nieces and nephews, Kellie Heier and her husband Bryan. Jake Heier and his wife Becky and their children, Katie, CJ, and Zoe. Amber Trujillo and her children Delfino and Arianne. Chantel Calvetti and her husband David and their children, Dominic, Lucy and Etta. Her “Club Friends”, and her “Mary Jane” friends Jan and Wayne Fields, and Karen Almanza. A Service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 10AM at Littleton United Methodist Church, 5894 S Datura St, Littleton, CO 80120. Memorial donations may be made to American Lung Association and the American Cancer Society.
