Gerald ""Jerry"" Gross

Gerald (Jerry) Gross, 74 was called to his heavenly home on February 27th in Aurora, CO. Jerry was born May 18th 1942 in Green Bay, Wisconsin to William and Noraine (Biebel) Gross. Jerry retired from Delta Airlines in 2001 after a 41 year career. He loved the Lord, his family and the Green Bay Packers (in that order!). His passions included spoiling his grandchildren, the local food bank, bowling, and rooting on the ""Pack"". He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Patti Jo (Poley), his parents, brothers James and William, and sister Lois (Fulwiler). He is survived by his son Jeremy and wife Tiffany of Eagle, CO., his son Michael and wife Lori of Jenks, OK., grandchildren Jackson and Jessica, Genevieve and Katelyn, brothers Norbert and Clifford, and sisters Marilyn (Nelson) and Rosemary (Safdi). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends. Please join us as we celebrate the life and faith of Jerry. Visitation on Friday March 3rd from 5-7 p.m. at Horan and McConaty Mortuary, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora, CO 80014. A Memorial Celebration will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday March 4th at Peace with Christ Lutheran Church, 3290 S. Tower Rd., Aurora, CO 80013. Jerry had a big heart for helping those less fortunate. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Peace with Christ Lutheran Church at the above address and earmarked for the Food Bank Ministry.
