Geraldine ""Jeri"" R. Cooney

Jeri, age 83, of Denver, Colorado entered Eternal Life on June 12, 2018. Jeri is survived by her children, Cindy (Don), Carl (Brenda), Cheryl (Mark), Chris, and Candy (Tim); grandchildren, Donny, John, Anne, Erin (Eric), Christian, Kathryn, Kevin, Marie (Jorge), Mark, Beth, Adrianna, Jayden, Tiffany, Leela and Zack; great grandchildren, Garrett, Mary, John, David, Cason, Victoria, Rayland and Tayson; and many extended family, including nieces and nephews. Jeri is preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Cooney; grandson, Joseph Michael Cooney; and four sisters, Leona, Mary, Rita and Carol. Viewing will begin on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 6:00 PM with Recitation of the Rosary following at 7:00 PM, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Boulevard, in Denver, Colorado 80211. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, beginning at 10:30 AM, at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 2361 East 78th Avenue, Welby, Colorado 80229. Interment will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Area ""C,"" 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, in Denver, Colorado 80235, at 1:15 PM.
